My Approach

So, what does it mean to have therapy?
It means you have a safe place to be your true self, with no judgement.  It's a place where confidentiality, safety and honesty are prioritised.  Relationships are key ... the relationship we build together as therapist and client and the relationship you have with the outside world and all the elements within it.

How does it work and how does therapy help?
We investigate the issues that bother, won't leave you alone, trigger or simply elude.  We look at it together and find a way to identify what's happening, finding a path for healing.  This could take different forms such as talking, creative therapy, music, writing and other ways to communicate such as dream and shadow work.  It's about communication - giving permission to ourselves to communicate with different tools.

How is therapy delivered?
There are different options, depending on your preference.

  • Face to Face

  • Online

  • Telephone

  • Walk and Talk
