I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for those seeking support, guidance and self-discovery in challenging times. Seeking therapy is the bold choice and requires a commitment to discover, to analyse and to make decisions on patterns that no longer serve, with an openness to changing those habits.
My services address various issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, loss, and other personal challenges. I am committed to helping clients navigate through these issues and find a path towards healing and personal growth.
My specialism is in Prolonged Grief. We in the UK, are not educated to understand grief or the way it presents in our life. Our individuality and culture shapes how we see and experience things, but so often phrases such as,
"It's been three years and I still can't move forward",
"Everyone else expects me to be over it" and of course,
"I feel stuck" or
"I don't recognise myself anymore"
are commonplace. Grief has no timeline or deadline, with no timetable. It affects the nervous system, and many people experience physical and emotional symptoms alongside it. This is worth discussing, leaning into and discovering new ways of being. Grief becomes a part of us, but it doesn't have to identify us. My goal is to help lives be rebuilt after loss, change and emotional overwhelm.
My therapeutic qualifications so far, are:
-
MA Psychotherapeutic Practice: Humanistic
-
Diploma in Hypnotherapy
-
Certificate in Regression
-
Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
-
ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
